About Public Policy and Governance

Policy making is at the centre of every administrative service and has been further resulting in the creation of a welfare state and ensuring the effective delivery of every public service to the people. The Faculty of Law offers a one Masters Degree program in Public Policy and Governance which seeks to provide the students with the most comprehensive platform to develop governmental skills and policy making abilities. The socio-political field has been constantly transforming and reshaping in its nature and for this reason there has been a huge demand for experts who are skilled with the ability to engage and relate with the world of politics. The program has been strategically designed in such a way which not only trains students but also allows for the development of effective leadership skills in ever student, thus paving a path of creating an impact in the world. The Faculty of Law is has been equipped with highly skilled and trained experts and faculties who go on to ensure that the students get to learn and master the current and recent trends in governance. In additioon, the Faculty of Law maintains close relations with the Faculty of Arts, thus it goes on to provide the students with a comprehensive insight into the numerous key areas of this field. During the course of the program, the students get to have numerous simulated governmental practicies which go on to provide the necessary practical skills in this and thereby allowing students to engage and relate with the national and international policies. It also exposes students to the most current and contemporary issues so as to provide deeper insights into the essential policies.
